Lasagne is the perfect make in advance dish as it can be frozen with success and be used for a meal when you do not have time to make a special one or kept in the fridge for a day or two, it is a treat as it comes to life in your oven.  In this class we are doing three different types of lasagne  – a mushroom and leek lasagne, a spinach and ricotta one and a seafood lasagne – all with two sauces in common making it easy to have a few meals prepared in one session.
