December is one of our busiest times, as we welcome teams from all over the UK (and Europe!) for Christmas parties, celebrating the festive season with their colleagues.

It’s all about the food

Whether you join us for a bake-off challenge or a three-course Christmas lunch with all the trimmings, you’re guaranteed to cook with and eat delicious food. We focus on simple recipes using only the best local and seasonal produce, meaning they are easy to replicate at home. Every event includes cooking and eating time, with lots of time left at the end to enjoy wine and fizz alongside your yummy creations.

Bespoke or package – it’s up to you!

While our Christmas menus are a great option, we can also create a bespoke event based on your team’s preferences. So, if you’ve got a team of pie aficionados or pasta pilgrims, we can design a unique menu that combines learning with delicious produce. We also cater to all dietary requirements, offering vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free and other alternatives, meaning no-one ever misses out!

You’ll be doing your bit for the planet

We’re proud as punch to be London’s most sustainable cooking school, with every action taken with the planet in mind. This means sourcing only local, seasonal and primarily organic ingredients, powering our kitchens with green energy, and eradicating single-use plastic from our operations. We are also incredibly conscious of food waste and try to be as energy-efficient as possible with our appliances.

It’s all fun and games

Our chefs and staff aim to make every event as engaging and unpretentious as possible, while also making sure you pick up a tip or two. Expect a relaxed atmosphere while you knead, stir, season and chop your way through your delicious dishes, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and catch up with your colleagues.
