In this series you will be able to spend time preparing for a Christmas meal, where all the elements of the meal will have been made by you in advance. In some classes you will make more than you require as a family and will come away having some delicious food gifts to share with others. You will also make sauces and stuffing to freeze in readiness for 25 December.

As we are unable to roast a turkey in a class, we will make more stuffing than is required for your turkey on Christmas day and stuff and roast a chicken instead during our class.  The bulk of the stuffing can then be frozen to be taken out and used to stuff your bird on Christmas day, saving you lots of time when you really would like to relax and enjoy yourself.  In addition we will make crispy roast potatoes and bread sauce.  Your bread sauce can also be frozen to be heated on Christmas day too. As cranberry sauce is so easy and so delicious, your tutor will show you how to do that too.
