Learn how to make and roll your own pasta and enjoy freshly made pasta with a delicious sauce for your dinner.  Add a glass of wine and a salad for a perfect meal. If you have a machine, you can use that or you can use a rolling pin and roll your pasta by hand. We will make tagliatelle and ravioli filled with ricotta and parmesan.  You will learn how to make your own pesto and a browned sage butter
