This meal uses the range of wonderful green veg that are available at this time of year.  Risotto primavera is a flavoursome yet healthy dish and is a celebration of late spring, reminding us that summer is around the corner.  This meal ends with a classic favourite – tiramisu – featuring homemade sponge fingers.   This is a perfect May bank holiday meal!
