ONLINE FRIDAY NIGHT FOOD – SHELLFISH
As with the cooking of fish, shellfish cooking is not tricky. Most of the work is in the preparation. In this class we will make a most delicious slow cooked calamari stew and learn how to make polenta to serve with it, classic moule mariniere and scallops grilled with an oriental dressing served with seaweed noodles.
