This will be served with a raw veg and mint raita packed full of seasonal raw vegetables and mint.  You will also learn how to make the crispest of poppadums – either toasted or deep fried garnished with a scattering of de-seeded and finely chopped tomato, cucumber, spring onions, coriander.
