ONLINE FRIDAY NIGHT FOOD – HEALTHY EATING
In this class you will learn the principles of eating healthily but, at the same time, deliciously. We will be making a mushroom barley risotto, baked catch of the day with olive oil and herbs and kale braised with garlic, chilli and almonds. Even enjoy a healthy treat by making baked apples with a vanilla flavoured yoghurt.
