Sourdough bread making

Experience the joy of bread making as you knead, pummel and stretch your way to the perfect loaf. You will learn about using fresh and dried yeast to make a variety of doughs such as basic white, granary or wholemeal and cinnamon swirls.

The class will be divided in two sessions: once the bread is proving, we will take a break and reconvene an hour later. We will then shape the bread and it will be left to rise and be baked. The first session will be at 6pm and the second at 7pm.
