Learn to bake with our six-week online baking course. This course will take you through the key principles and techniques of breads, cakes, and pastries. You will make in each session:

  • WEEK 1 – Breads: basic white, granary or wholemeal, cinnamon swirls
  • WEEK 2Quick breads: scones, pancakes, soda bread and corn bread
  • WEEK 3Short pastry: quiche of choice, Cornish pasty or cheese and onion pasty
  • WEEK 4 Puff pastry: Provencal tart, cheese straws and palmiers
  • WEEK 5Cakes: Victoria sponge and basic fatless sponge as well as a honey spice cake
  • WEEK 6 – Choux pastry: profiteroles, eclairs and gougere
