ONLINE BAKING COURSE
Learn to bake with our six-week online baking course. This course will take you through the key principles and techniques of breads, cakes, and pastries. You will make in each session:
- WEEK 1 – Breads: basic white, granary or wholemeal, cinnamon swirls
- WEEK 2 – Quick breads: scones, pancakes, soda bread and corn bread
- WEEK 3 – Short pastry: quiche of choice, Cornish pasty or cheese and onion pasty
- WEEK 4 – Puff pastry: Provencal tart, cheese straws and palmiers
- WEEK 5 – Cakes: Victoria sponge and basic fatless sponge as well as a honey spice cake
- WEEK 6 – Choux pastry: profiteroles, eclairs and gougere
