EATING FOR A HEALTHY GUT

You will leave this class understanding the principle involved in enjoying a  healthy gut diet and enjoying dishes that do not compromise on flavour.  We will start the session by making real kimchi to enjoy for weeks after your class. After the class you will be able to enjoy Jerusalem artichoke soup with a nut and seed topping, bitter salad leaves with an anchovy dressing, and delicious mixed pulse salad also featuring leeks, garlic and olive oil.
