Spread the Christmas cheer with a festive chocolate masterclass! For the first time ever, we will be joined by master chocolatiers, Jon Hogan and Chantal Coady OBE.

Immerse yourself in the world of chocolate, tasting, tempering and moulding your way to sweet success! With the expert guidance of Jon and Chantal, you’ll leave our chocolate masterclass with all the skills and knowledge to create delicious treats at home.

The day will start with a chocolate-y Cookery School breakfast, followed by a chocolate tasting, which will include top brands such as Original Beans, Amedei and Valrhona.  After this, you will learn the techniques necessary to make your own truffles and a range of different chocolates, which will include wonderful filled ones. You will have a chance to catch your breath over a Cookery School lunch and then roll up your sleeves to continue reinforcing the chocolate making skills acquired during the morning, including making your own chocolate gifts for Christmas .

  • to temper chocolate
  • to make chocolate truffles
  • to make chocolate rochers
  • to make chocolate discs
  • how to mould chocolates
  • filling and piping of chocolates
  • to make chocolate Christmas gifts
