Our beginners cooking course will take you from novice to good home cook and teach you the skills you need to cook with confidence.

We run two versions of the beginners cooking course – ‘weekly’ over eight weekday evenings or ‘intensive’ over four days. We now also offer the intensive course spread over four consecutive Sundays.

Our brand new vegetarian cooking course is designed for beginners or those with a basic knowledge of cooking who are looking for fresh inspiration to include more plant based foods in their diet.
