While sustainability is key to all Cookery School events, we’re taking it one step further with our sustainable event packages. These events combine the confidence-building cooking of a Cookery School corporate event with a unique look at the environmental issues affecting our food today.
Attendees will create delicious dishes that minimise waste and use less meat, while learning about sustainability concepts such as carbon footprints, sourcing ingredients and seasonality. It’s a very ‘hands on’ event that’s informative, interactive and full of wonderful tips and tricks for your team to take away. These are values that will go on to enrich your workplace after your time at Cookery School has finished.
With sustainability becoming more important to businesses across the UK, now’s the time to see it in action! Your team will learn how small changes can make a huge difference, arming themselves with the knowledge and skills to take best practice back into the workplace and home.
As with all our corporate events, your team will be welcomed with a drink and nibbles, before being divided into groups to start cooking. At the end, everyone will sit down to a feast made by the group, served to you by our staff and accompanied by specially selected organic wines.
