Menu Options
Menus can be tailored to fit with dietary requirements, likes and dislikes but we promise that these will always be delicious.
Incorporated into each session is a range of challenging techniques, so that everyone takes away with them a sense of achievement and the ability to replicate the dishes again.
These are suggested menus for a great learning experience but, most importantly, great food.
The suggested menus below are for two course online meals for two hours. If a shorter meal is required, ie one hour, half of each meal can be selected to be cooked.
French menu
- Catch of the day or chicken breast with a hollandaise sauce, baby new potatoes and steamed French beans
- Profiteroles filled with whipped cream and served with a hot chocolate sauce
Italian menu
- Tagliatelle with pasta – make your own pasta (a pasta machine would be required for this session)
- Panna cotta with a fruit of the season sauce
British Menu
- Twice-baked Stilton soufflé with a chicory and pear salad served with a glass of port
- Apple and cranberry crumble with whipped cream
Middle Eastern Menu
- Mixed mezze with homemade flat bread
- Semolina cake with yoghurt and fresh oranges
Christmas Menu
- Roast chicken with crispy smashed oven roast potatoes, bread sauce and steamed veg
- Sticky toffee pudding with real custard
Christmas Menu
- Grilled lamb steak, butterbean puree and red wine reduction with steamed veg
- Homemade mince pies and coffee
