With our central London location our professional kitchens are perfect for training sessions for chefs who are based either in London or outside of London and will need to travel on the day.
Cookery School offers a range of carefully planned chef training packages to help sharpen skills and expand ideas, from bread, pastry, meat and poultry, fish and shellfish, chocolate making, to menu designing.
All sessions start with an introduction to your chosen topic and the bulk of the training will then be taken up by individuals preparing and creating recipes, with a strong emphasis on understanding food, tasting and seasoning. The end of the event will be given over to a sit down tasting, questions and answers and any necessary recapping.
The sessions can be daytime or evening training and can last any length of time, from 2 hours to a full day or multiple days.
