Menu Options

Menus can be tailored to fit with dietary requirements, likes and dislikes or we can specially design a menu for you.

Incorporated into each session is a range of challenging techniques, so that everyone takes away with them a sense of achievement and the ability to replicate the dishes at home again.

In our bake off events, each team makes all the items chosen for the event so that they are put under pressure as they would be in a professional bake off.

 

Gold bake-off menu

  • Cheese and herb scones
  • Scones with cream and homemade jam
  • Lemon drizzle or chocolate cupcakes
  • Cheese biscuits
  • Profiteroles with cream and hot chocolate sauce

Christmas Gold package menu

  • Mini mince pies and brandy cream
  • Cheese straws
  • Sticky toffee pudding and caramel sauce
  • Mini sausage rolls

Gold master bake-off menu

  • Hot whisky scones and the butter and jam to go with them
  • Paris brest: a piped choux pastry filled with praline pastry cream
  • Jammy Dodger: butter biscuits sandwiched with strawberry jam
  • real Jaffa cake, dipped in delicious Valrhona chocolate

Silver bake-off menu

  • Cheese and herb scones
  • Lemon drizzle or chocolate cupcakes
