With food waste responsible for the production of both methane and C0², Cookery School focuses heavily on managing all classes with as little food waste as possible. With many companies having a growing focus in sustainability, Cookery School’s menus feature sustainable dishes that are created in team building events. Teams are always surprised at how small changes in eating patterns make it easier to be sustainable and become more environmentally aware.

Festive Corporate Experiences

Companies booking festive experience for their teams are assured of a memorable experience. Parties are available from eight to 50 guests in the state-of-the-art kitchens at the Cookery School, off of Regent Street.

Cookery School offers a range of different packages from a three-course meal through to bake-offs with ingredients sourced from organic suppliers, served with selected organic wine. Events are highly staffed to ensure excellent teaching, learning and best of all, festive fun. At the end of each event, the kitchen is transformed for guests to dine restaurant style while served the dishes they have personally prepared.

Cookery School has exclusively teamed up with Paul A Young, artisan chocolatier, who began his impressive career at Cookery School. Paul is available to host chocolate making days with each guest leaving the class with chocolate boxes filled with their own creations.
