    Why a cook’s certificate and not a chef’s one?

Cookery School was founded on teaching people how to cook good food with confidence. Many of our recipes were handed down from my mother and grandmother and we want to pass these solid and reliable recipes down through generations to come. We believe that to be a good cook, you need to master the fundamentals of cooking before taking them to the next level and this is what our Cook’s Certificate aims to achieve.
