At the Cookery School in London, it has always been about the food. It is not about using famous chefs but rather the best teachers who understand the Cookery School's way of teaching and make learning to cook good food with confidence as accessible as possible. Proper cookery teaching can enthuse even the most unconfident cook.

We offer a wide range of day and evening cooking classes and courses here at Cookery School, and with over 20 years of experience, we know how to enable students to make honest, homely, delicious food. Teaching classic, simple home cooking has been our ethos from the start and remains one of our main principles today.

There is always plenty of opportunity to ask questions in every cookery class. Moreover, every session involves tasting all the food that has been made, further enhancing your ability to become a skilled home cook.

We can adapt many of our classes to suit special dietary requirements, so if you are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, or halal, please let us know, and we will do our best to provide alternatives.
