Christmas Baking from Around the World – 2nd December

Join our celebration of baking from across Europe. Recipes include a traditional French bûche de Noël, German stollen and classic British mince pies and Christmas cake.

A Christmas Rehearsal: The Ultimate Christmas Dinner – 9th December

Our Christmas rehearsal will ensure your Christmas day is a delicious success with no stress, great food and plenty of family time! It’s a festive day with a brilliant lunch (of course) and many of the things that you make you’ll take home ready for Christmas day.

Christmas Chocolate Masterclass – 10th December

Learn to make your own hand rolled truffles including all the fillings, piping and decoration. Try your hand at chocolate rochers, discs and chocolate Christmas tree gifts. A deliciously festive day full of learning!

Fancy yourself as a bit of an architect? Put your skills to the test with our Christmas gingerbread houses class and choose a template to build, design and decorate. A great way to spend a day, you’ll take your gingerbread house home at the end of the class.
