In this St. Patrick’s Day themed Irish cooking class, you will learn to wow your friends with an easily prepared three course meal that will cost a fraction of a restaurant bill. You will be surprised at the ease with which you can prepare a delicious and impressive menu.

At the end of the class you will enjoy a fabulous St. Patrick’s Day feast washed down with Guinness and a tot of Baileys.

  • Mussels in Guinness with soda bread, wheaten bread and homemade butter
  • Rhug organic beef and Guinness stew with colcannon
  • Irish apple cake and whiskey ice cream
