This class is aimed at demystifying desserts that everyone loves eating but are often too nervous to attempt.

Using the best possible organic ingredients, you will become expert in understanding how to produce the smoothest of custards, feel confident in using gelatine and leave us looking forward to producing a whole range of new desserts for friends and family. To remind you of your new found prowess, you will take home your cheesecake for sharing.

You will learn to make:

  • crème caramel
  • crème brulee
  • the lightest of cheesecakes
  • panna cotta
  • chocolate mousse
  • raspberry jelly
