NEWS - SPRING UPDATE 2008

After what always feels like a long winter finally the flavours and smells of a new season are alive. From Spring lamb to wild garlic and rhubarb, a whole variety of tastes are now available and an integral part of all our classes. In celebration of this exciting new season, we have a new newsletter in which we have highlighted what courses we think best marks this fabulous time of year.

JUST FRESH PASTA with Natascia Phillips
Natascia of Just Fresh Pasta will be joining us at Cookery School on Saturday 12 April in a day of pure pasta making. Natascia studied pasta making in Italy and will share her secrets at the class.

MIDDLE EASTERN DELIGHT with Rosalind Rathouse
In this class the taste and flavours of the Middle East come to life. You will learn the techniques required for this cuisine as well acquainting yourself with the wonderful smells and spices associated with this food.

FOOD FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Because of the popularity of the last five classes, Claudine Weinbrenn will be doing an additional two sessions of delicious menus that can be prepared quickly or in advance. Italian Spring food covers a three course meal plus a quickie supper dish whilst in Indian Buffet you will learn a range of quickly prepared wonderful Indian meals.
