At Cookery School, we offer a wide range of cooking classes and courses that are designed to teach you how to cook good food with confidence. As London’s most sustainable cooking school, we are dedicated to a sustainable approach in all that we do. All our meat, poultry, eggs, root vegetables, fruit and wines are always organic, as well as a host of other ingredients. All our cooking classes and courses teach about seasonality and how you can be more sustainable in the home.

 

Our focus is on demystifying cooking, removing jargon and bringing back solid skills, using high quality, primarily organic, sustainable ingredients.
